Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We ship products using FedEx, UPS, and the United States Post Office.  Should you have any questions regarding the shipping charges, please Contact Us with concerns to make special arrangement requests.  If your billing address differs from your shipping address, your credit card my be declined.  Should this occur, please contact our Customer Service department by phone (972) 832-9203 or by email at support@texaspcguy.com.

teaxaspcguy.com accepts orders only from customers residing within the United States.  Both the customer's billing address AND shipping address must be located within the US, EXCEPT for orders made by or on behalf of persons in the US military who are currently serving overseas.  For overseas military personnel, texaspcguy.com gladly ships to all APO FPO addresses. 

Return & Refund Policy

1.      DOA/defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model. Deviations from this policy may result in a 20% Returns Processing Service Charge. 

2.       You may request an Return Authorization (“RA”) number by emailing a request which MUST INCLUDE your ORDER NUMBER and the REASON THAT YOU ARE REQUESTING PERMISSION TO RETURN THE PRODUCT to  support@texaspcguy.com .  NO DELIVERY WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.  RA numbers are good for fourteen (14)days only. Any products returned after the expiration date of the corresponding RA number will be refused.

3.       If the product is found to be non-defective, an inspection fee of at least $25, or 15% per unit, will be billed to your account.

4.      Defective product must be in original factory carton with all original packing materials.

5.   All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and cables must be included. If any of these materials are missing, your account will be billed accordingly.

6.     The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. DO NOT WRITE ON THE CARTON.

7.      Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received without an RA number, freight collect, not approved for return, or in any way not meeting the above criteria, will be refused.  

8.      THE PC GUY COMPUTER SERVICES provides credits based on purchase price or current price, whichever is lowest.

9.       ANY DEVIATION FROM RETURN POLICIES WILL RESULT IN THE PRODUCT BEING RETURNED TO YOU WITH NO CREDIT ISSUED.
